Rooms at Serena Mivumo River Lodge

Standard Room

The lodge has only 12 wood-and-thatch chalets, spread out in a natural forest to keep things private and peaceful. The chalets are slightly raised on wooden platforms and have high thatched roofs, which let in cool breezes and natural light. Inside, you’ll find a mix of modern leather furniture, classic safari decor, and luxury linen, giving it a rich, stylish feel. The bathrooms are big and fancy, with marble sinks, large tubs, and outdoor showers with great views.

You might be tempted to leave your cool, air-conditioned chalet to relax on a lounger on your private sun deck or enjoy the Jacuzzi, both with views of the Rufiji River.
